This is a troll right? Self-made has only ever been used to distinguish from inherited/divorced into money. Also, if you want to go down this line the capital stock which was built up in the voluntary sector is what makes people in the US more productive not anything gov does

US citizens earned all on your list. Forefathers fought wars, studied, worked, invented, pd taxes, invested and voted to make a better country of opportunity for THEIR children. I do the same for mine. These weren’t gifts!
