To be fair, you view that as being ill-prepared, when it’s more likely that he was trying to avoid getting sued and/or being taken out of context by people editing the video for malicious reasons.

Jack admitted they read people's drafts of Tweets, like I said years ago. Also, they can find alt accounts not from your IP address, but by App Data they leave in your browser, which is why if you do the alt-account thing, use a different browser per account, add VPN.

I thought Tim was effective from a rhetorical standpoint at first, but he doesn't know how to pick up on clues and dig deeper - admittedly difficult. There were times where he really had opportunities to do some real damage and he'd start ranting or change the subject.

Everyone is missing something key - Dorsey revealed most bannings and human reviews of tweets happen by third party contractors, probably out of the US. It means everyone suing Twitter for a ban is fucked legally. They know what they are doing

Hind sight is 20/20. Tim did a really good job in the moment. Twitter reps were repetitive, evasive and deceptive. They have a vision and they are sticking to it. Twitters future is narrowing. They just cant help themselves.
