Time to correct some misinformation being spread by Alan Dershowitz in the Jeffrey Epstein case. Dershowitz claims he filed the lawsuit to unseal the records, and that the Miami Herald joined him. Dershowitz claims that the lawsuit wrongly implicated him in some bad acts. Cernovich Media sued because the sealed documents are of journalistic interest. Dershowitz’s case is personal, my is on principle. That said.....

I read Alan Dershowitz’s books during college, so it’s fun and wild that he’s taking credit for MY CASE. It’s a circle of life thing. But Dershowitz is such a persuasive writer that he should know that his readers will also have chutzpah.

is a petty dispute between two men with egos.
But not really.
Dershowitz has a much weaker argument in the Jeffrey Epstein case.
My “agenda” is journalism. His is personal.

Dershowitz has a monumental ego. This is a major Freedom of the Press case, one of the biggest in years, and he wants credit if it goes the right way. But I won’t be written out of the story by anyone let alone Dershowitz.http://Cernovich.com/Epstein
