im currently 16-8, 12-12 if i am travelling with 1 24 hours fast per week

Last week I painted a boundary fence, cleared a garden and built a table in 35C heat while fasting for 20 hours a day. Never felt stronger.

Do you take your 6-10 grams of fish oil during your feeding cycle?
Fish oil needs to be consumed with some fats in order to be assimilated. That would break the fast.
What type of fats would you say is best? It may not be right, but I have taken 4-7grams of T-Nation Flameout and Vitacost Mega EFA for 10+ years. Mainly, in the morning to boost cognition.
Fat soluble vitamins, including fish oil, need to be consumed with any type of fats. Such as food like milk, olive oil, MCT oil, etc. I hadn't heard of Flameout but I don't like that it doesn't say if it's 3rd party tested or where the fish are sourced from.
eat during an 8 hour window, don't eat anything for the other 16

I agree. I've tried both, but 20 and 4 produces superior physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual results. The key for me was making the decision to have NO EXCEPTIONS. Flexibility is the enemy when it comes to fasting.
