Some thoughts on a few trends, and how to spot trends, and even make trends......
One trend, which can't be unique to me, is "Trump fatigue." I don't care about Michael Cohen's testimony, nor does the "Everything Trump does is 4-D chess," line of "thinking" interest me. It's all boring. Which means there is room for something new. What will that be?
One meta-trend is....A place where, for lack of better language, "People won't fuck with you." Somewhere that people can talk, no one is going to get all super offended or shout down speech, but no one is going to be a bigoted asshole, either. Such places are rare.
You have a strong sense. I enjoy sharing what's 'in the air' as well, but how can I 'pace and lead' on trends, because often readers/listeners need time to digest. I want everyone in on idea of the trends itself...

dude, c'mon. You are not even close to the first to talk about fake news. Give us a break. Youtubers have made videos, writers have written books on the subject, all with millions of views, for years!!
