Is “follow along” an ADD joke? If so, pretty good & I have ADD bad. Actually think the stigma around it is wrong. Like a super power you need to try to control. Takes training & time to master the craft.

Wow! Thanks..I'm able to understand it better. Makes more sense. I often forget how a loved one with ADHD can have it difficult at times. Things I might take for granted.

Good example of Adhd person taking responsibility of their life to make it best as they can. I seen people who with diagnose just become like victims.
