I don't think they're mutually exclusive, but you'd be foolish to have one and not the other.

Bezos could have helped somewhere like Detroit, Cleveland or Gary, IN.... Chose already wealthy and established locations w/ higher costs of living. Huh?

Amazon that offered 25,00 jobs with avg salary at $150,000 per year. My local property taxes keep rising and approaching point where I’ll have to sell. No big corps here. Stop putting blame where it doesn’t belong.
