I’m good with high protein but how do you get the necessary vitamin etc with no plants

The carnivore diet is a good start for many It gives one the chance to understand how specific macros affect the body/brain as they observe the process They can then add additional foods & continue observing effects It a great way to learn that food is the real medicine
