36 hour fast to start with, then a 20 hour fast with 4 hour eating window. You learn a lot about yourself during fasts.

Seems like you might hit ketosis with those levels. Even at 25% carb daily macro, I think a large active male will dip back into ketosis even just 2 hours post carb meal. Those carbs get sopped up quick and the ketones start pumping again.

First I've heard about NAC, have to look in to it. After the initial 'keto flu' I feel great and my appetite is naturally suppressed, although I do need to cycle higher carb load in every few weeks

I’ve been keeping carbs to under 50 and 15-20% of total calories per day since day after Christmas and have already lost 10 lbs. my variation of Keto. For me, it’s about counting calories and carbs.

hey mike, what are the ketosis side effects? i lost 50lbs on keto, about to start it up again (the initial commit is the hardest), but any bad effects are hard to find online because documentation is sparse and based on experiences
