Glad to see this! I've been 18/6 fasting for months and low carb / high fat for over 2 years. I lost all of my excess weight, actually exceeded my weight goal with zero exercise. Once I added exercise in it's only been better. Went from pre-diabetic to perfect bloodwork.

I just ate a plate of BBQ pork, green beans and sauerkraut (probably 2-3 carbs)...followed by a handful of pecans (arguably the most keto friendly nut).
