36 hour fast to start with, then a 20 hour fast with 4 hour eating window. You learn a lot about yourself during fasts.

Keeping my carbs at 50 grams or so. I don’t like being in ketosis. Keto was big back when Dan Duchaine was around. Too many side effects for me, but others love it. Yesterday I did a carb-up. Nothing to crazy other than some apple pie. When you fast and do low-carbs, your body starts craving healthier foods. This is counter-intuitive.

After losing 15 pounds....I got my "look" back, and the world is being really nice to me. I have been every sort of body type - ultra jacked, fat, thin, fit, just cute, etc. It's not fair, but the world really does treat good looking people better.

Every 7-10 days I take in some carbs due to glycogen debt. Yesterday I ate some junk food, and today do not feel good. Most of us go through life sick, due to eating "normal" food. Most don't know what it feels like to be healthy.
