No to taxing business. I work for corporate America, you tax them and they do the followings: raise prices, lower employees’ benefits, cut down staffing and relocate. As for colleges, that will never happen as they have the best lobbyists

Why not just leave everyone alone?

Can I include tax outsourcing of manufacturing and services? Globalisation of supply chain has had huge impact. Companies should be able run operations from different places but not distribute supply chain this way.

Corporate Tax Attorney’s write the Tax Code and the Laws. They are 15 steps ahead of the Bureaucracy and know how to out maneuver anything coming down pike. Maybe why all these bills are 1100+ pages and who reads them ?

Legacy wealth is trying very hard to keep the idea of taxing wealth out of the Overton window. Taxing Millon dollar paychecks at 70% is fine to Billionaires with 0 dollar employment income.

I am 100% in support of this and have mentioned this before in my youtube videos. Best part is it harms the brainwashing indoctrination machines and maybe could lead to student loan debt relief for bankrupted student debt slaves.

What do you mean by “legacy wealth”? Why should any group be singled out for targeted taxation? Why not have only a flat tax or only a sales tax and have it apply equally to everyone? Why shouldn’t taxation fall under “equal under the law”?

Cornell has a $7 billion endowment and can't afford their $35 million a year in property taxes. The rents in this tow are egregious. 8th most expensive place to live in America. Cornell is also the lowest of the ivies.

Mike, you know better than that. Companies don’t pay taxes...employees and customers pay taxes levied on corporations. How about replacing income tax (theft) with a sales tax (voluntary)?

Since you support targeted taxation, you won’t mind when they target higher taxes for party affiliation, or target particular individuals for their speech, right?

Yep, living in #Taxachussetts and drive through Cambridge. Harvard owns a large proportion of real eatate...and are tax exempt. The ppl however are paying ... and what do we get? Our bridges, roads, infrastructure and transportation system here are a mess.
