I would like to see an analysis of political affiliation and (1) number of people blocked and (2) number of people reported. I expect that conservatives are actually more open-minded by these measures than liberals are, which is the exact opposite of what we should see.
One of @jeffgiesea's most insightful critiques is that "the right" doesn't do research analysis into social media bias. Much is anecdotal.
While he's correct, and there's a need for that, it's reasonable for taxpayers to expect govt-funded universities to conduct this research.

Media Research Center put out a study last year. It’s not as statistical / scientific as I’d like, but it’s a good first step.
