Air fryer has been a pretty good investment so far... ribs, chicken, turkey and prime rib have done excellent in it

A instapot and crockpot though?

Instant pots only have a heating element on the bottom. They do ok as a slow cooker but not great...the ceramic even heating of slow cookers is really a big difference. I was going to ditch my crock pot after getting the IP, but I've since changed my mind.

I have both and I usually just slow cook in a big pot on the stove cuz I like to keep tasting & adding stuff. Old dog I guess.

Exactly, used the IP for chili, ended up on the stove top.
