IMO — generics and on-patent different price mechanisms. Generics goal = 1) preferred by providers, 2) reasonably cheap, 3) known to patient as viable alternative when prudent. 1-3 not happening. Anti-trust on generics addresses without harming “on-patent” innovation.

Twitter is not the platform for pushing simpleton outrage over an issue like drug prices. There is a solid argument that drug prices are the best deal in health care. But that assertion is also too simplistic. And now my character limit is closing in on 240
