I can't speak for other ppl, but I'm not rich, same deductions, my 2 week pay gave me 65 extra dollars each time, and my refund was about 140 more than last year. You want touch a real asshole move? Ask Congress wtf they set student loan interest rates at 6.9% sub/unsub loans.
