It's pretty clear that you can have ONE of these, not both: - Mass migration - Welfare state + Updated infrastructure Migration is acceptable as long as it's controlled to a certain percentage to ensure assimilation. Open passage just destroys the societies that receives them.
We can't have nice roads, good healthcare, and a fiber optic system that doesn't drop cell phone calls every day because of the billionaire class's immigration system.

Billionaires love higher taxes so that millionaires will pay more in taxes taking the pressure off of billionaires needing to pay more. Plus, overtaxed millionaires will never be able to catch up to Buffet.

Yeah but how many will actually pay the 70-100% tax? None of them. Tons of loopholes. And most of the 1% has their income taxes under capital gains, not incomes tax.
