True about viewership numbers. But sites like @prisonplanet are viewed almost entirely by like-minded people. Being on Netflix or HBO makes it far more likely you will be seen by independents or dems, thus doing more than just preaching to the choir.

HBO may reach a different audience

HBO was hot in the 1980s to early 2010s. It has since lost a lot of its appeal, especially because of BS shows like Real Time with @billmaher
