Well if you want to see some draft to play gotcha - sure - if you want to actually see what made it into the proposal you to my link - why does the draft matter? Frankly, the bill isn’t getting passed by the house much less the senate, so who cares?

It wasn't a draft it was published same day. Its not a gotcha to quote something verbatim. If they said that document was a draft i might have sympathy for that position but it was described as fake.
