My bet is on no. Winning is more important to the Dems than rights at this point. If gagging Roger Stone results in impeachment for Trump then no doubt it'll be spun as necessary. Maybe even prudent.

If Trump coordinated / colluded with the Russians, he wouldn’t need Stone to scrap for the Wiki dirt, which process of Stone was also scrappy and uncoordinated. Keeping Stone quiet allows more speculation and sensationalisms.
