Respectfully, - have Christians failed in fighting the church and state and numerous social issues - yes; but that is diff than calling an entire faith a failure...especially one that built the country that allows you the freedom to call it a failure.

That's because you cannot understand that for a REAL catholic, both are evil things and can only be fought with christianity, the real one...

Fundamentalists usually stick closer to fundamental principles, the black and white, truth, justice, respect for life, protecting the weak from the abuses of the strong... The sophisticated tend to get so lost in the grays that there is no ethical ground left to stand on.

Cerno’s point: Christians and Muslims do have one thing in common. They believe the world is one way but ought to be another relative to an ideal standard. Atheist/non religous people believe the world is one way, there is no ideal standard and you should do what thou wilt.

Problem is Islam does not put up with these things and fight Christians are weaker since we believe we have to lay down for everyone because that’s “what Jesus would do”
