I wouldn't go that far, Mike! She brings up a good argument, Yes. However, just because she adds in "super" -multiple times within the scenerio, doesn't make me believe it was written by her. Or that she has a level of skill to be appreciated.

Mike, brother ... if you believe this is a good cross examination, you should spend time with some attorneys who actually DO cross examinations. This was Congressional testimony (so called becaused a Mmbr of Congress testified rather than received testimony).

Agreed based on the assumption her staff did not do this for her. Extemporaneous interviews I have seen of her betray this type of concise thinking. Also, her line of questioning indicts a large percentage of her collegues.

Colleagues of both sides. The system is broken, but her baseline examples are skewed such that only the Oil and Pharma are the bad guys. That leaves a ton of Democrat influencers off the hook. She has to know this cuts across the entire spectrum. Oh wait...
