Good example of how DUMB a 70% marginal rate is on the “tippy top.” Knowledgeable people know that the only tippy top who make that kind of income are pro athletes and actors. The rest who make that much do it through “unearned income” and that rate would NOT apply.

None of this fucking matters if they don't tax capital gains. It will literally be a tax on athletes, entertainers, and CEOs. If they come for cap gains that will show this isn't just a marketing campaign.
