The police are not idiots. They smell something wrong but they will investigate until he's forced to own up to the lie. You can't miss a camera in Chicago unless you plan all this out and then he'd have to have been a part of the plan to be in the perfect spot. It makes no sense.

I live in Chicago and would go there and point them out, but it's colder than Antarctica right now. It's has the most surveillance cameras areas in city though.
