Ground troops *where?* A Marine FAST company bunkering up in our embassies and consulates is very, very different from a regime-change operation with boots on the ground. I'm sure some of these nutcases want the latter, but the former's actually a good idea at this point.

I still think there are some difference. 1st, Iraq was based on a lie or really really bad incompetent National Security staff (who should all get fired). 2nd, thousands or more Venezuelans who fled would return if it was safe. I don't expect Venezuela to end up like Iraq.
