Exactly correct. People are addicted to the chemicals associated with rage. The Unabomber (in his manifesto) indicated that people have lost the connection to nature and hunting/gathering and now generate those chemicals through consumerism. Prescient if also insane.

I agree with that in some sense though I'd say that a lot of people,on strictly individual level want love and unity. That gets stripped away as the focus on the individual becomes diminished and the mob becomes paramount.Whatever the mob is,the individual is infected by that

Mike, respectfully disagree. People want to live and let live. Media plants, cultivates, and harvests the seeds of hate, anger, and outrage. Media is cunning w/ it’s personalities who sow these seeds.

United we stand. Divided we fall. We should be asking ourselves why they are cheering for our demise.

I think you’re wrong on this one, Mike. People are angry and frustrated at the way their lives are going and the media steps right up to give them someone to blame. That way they don’t need to self correct.

Bullshit as usual. What most conservatives want is a country where we respect each other, each others property, self respect, self reliance and the law.
