Trump has told us that the wall is already being built. The question is a matter of where the funds come from. He wants them military to receive reimbursement.

Yes, and I would want the military to be reimbursed as well. The part of the wall being built was already funded, though and should have been built during Obama's time. I'm worried about the other places that are still unprotected.
