Right -- he just won (at the SC level) the military transgender(-transition?) ban. And a few others I think.

The "Muslim Ban" being the most famous. Although he did have to rewrite it thrice.

And if we’re counting Avenatti, well... you know the story.

I've lost track of how far that ban has gone, but the Avenatti/SD case hasn't even been appealed (yet? too late now? unsure). But they do count as wins, especially once they've gone past the point of being overturnable by another court.

I think the ban went as far as the Supreme Court, where parts of it were allowed. Trump rewrote it, addressing the points Justices that dissented raised, so the appeal never went anywhere.

Biggest victim wins. Sad new rules of political engagement. The loser's base is always fired up, pissed off, and feeling oppressed. I tried explaining this about Kavanaugh while that was going on but nobody wanted to hear it.

when democracts renig who is going to look worse Trump or democracts then he can do what he has to do. Not good to just be a fairweather supporter we must support in times of storms also.
