The premise requires knowing the future. That in itself invalidates the argument... Shall we kill all babies for potential future crimes? Or shall we execute those with wrong think in case of future crimes? The answer is no. Unless you're insane and believe to know the future

You don't kill him. You take him away from the absolutly horrible world he grew up in and the horror of ww1 and he would be a totally different person
Killing Hitler would be irrelevant - the Wiemar republic- the destruction of German culture/economy/morale - created the monsters. It will happen again. Don't localize the evil in a person, don't allow the conditions that created him occur.
