DOJ had recommended their board to be prosecuted during Bush era now the statute of limitations has passed...they knew how addictive it was

This is the main reason I’m against prison for drug offenders. There is no consistency. The people who go to jail are poor while the wealthy drug dealers at the top receive no punishment. The Sackler family killed people and destroyed families for profit.

Anything for money. Time to sue and take this company out. Blood on their hands. My son was prescribed Oxy after sinus surgery. I pleaded don’t fill that prescription use Tylenol 3. I didn’t want an addict after one surgery.

These kinds of stories are endless. Prozac was initially tested as: -A blood pressure med (failed) -Weight loss drug (failed) -Med for clinical depressives (failed and made them worse) It finally was somehow patented as a catch-all psych drug. Terrifying.

Before we had the government step in and decide what drugs were approved and which ones weren't, and how doctors should prescribe them, people still knew not to trust advertisements

And to think real people, seeking real help with pain management and this is what they get, so who’s held responsible? Pharma? Dr’s? The consumer? Who’s innocent in this matter? Lives matter!!!

I wish the makers of Amiodarone were “outed” before they killed my husband with that crap.

I never had any desire to take it more than I needed to , after surgery , and a few times for pain. I feel sorry for people who need this now because of this. I could never get addicted to this drug , I can’t wait to stop taking it. Sad for the people who need it.
