Castro ish is not bad for her supporters, only her opponents. Her main power will be in "free stuff" - school, healthcare, buses, etc. No one yet fully knows what those promises will entail, but for voters under a debt avalanche, anything is better than what we've got.

Dems who control the Party, like Pelosi, Schumer, Feinstein, etc., will wring every ounce they can out of AOC-supporters with a 2016 bait and switch. They will throw superficial non-financial emotional bones to AOC supporters (like gay marriage or legal weed) as tricks.

Actual reforms like rebuilding broken entities like SEC, IRS, FEC, etc., will never even be considered. Reigning in corrupt entities like Wall St banks won't happen. Anything that would impact the Dem Funders won't be touched.
