My guess is they are drawing their last breaths. But two OTHER possibilities exist. They are doing what the defeated Axis armies did. They terrorized Allied Forces to drag out the war. Or the Military/Industrial/Tech Machine doesn’t want to lose billions of dollars of profit.

I'm not trying to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but has anyone else realized that every time the US is about to pull out troops from somewhere there's a terror attack that forces us to remain in battle? [Especialy in Syria]

ISIS is like anonymous. Anyone can claim to be ISIS. It should be expected that there will be an increase in attacks around the world since Trump announced US troops were leaving Syria. It shouldn't affect US policy.

ISIS isn't the ones with the most to lose by America pulling out, Kurds are.
