Once you have children, and again, my first daughter is two and it's incredible. It is really hard to get "deep work" done. A man's best and more creative work is done after days or weeks of solitude. You can say goodbye to this.https://theamericanscholar.org/solitude-and-leadership/ …

P.S. Most men have a mid-life crisis because they (delusional) believe they could have had a different path. Like they woulda been Cobra Tate if they had wanted. There is a lot of media pressure on women to "settle," and that's actually not bad advice, but also true for men!

"Most Americans aren't mentally or physically prepared to have children"
I would add to that content or satisfied in how they're living their live. Some want the illusion they could change, and having a child would require "sacrificing" that to provide for their well-being. -
Just thinking this through andYou have no business acting as an authority on parenting. You spend countless hours every day right HERE, obviously a marginal use of time for someone with a large family. Yank the twitter-needle from your arm and spend more time with your family!!!

I find it worrying the amount of parents that put being the child's best buddy ahead of being a parent. Our boys think we're awesome cause we're into Marvel, Lego, etc, but when we need to be parents, we're parents, not their best friends. Some need to remember who is which.

Having children changes ur life for the better. Total joy. My two children are 15 months apart and yes there were challenges for my wife and I at first (bringing a new born home & a 15 month there too) but I can honestly say I loved every minute of it and wouldn’t change a thing.

I don't think there is ever a perfect time. However, I'm glad i had mine young. Especially with having babies it is exhausting for your body to bounce back as a woman, let alone your mental clarity. *(mom fog is real) vs when older it is harder on bodies.
