Funny, I thought the opposite. Appeal of Islam is that is removes individual responsibility. It has a rule for everything and if you are still unsure the Imam will tell you what to do.

I understand – and this is exactly where it has gone wrong. Islam should have no clergy or intermediaries, as it is those exact people who can leverage it for their own selfish (or political) agenda – as we’ve seen.

Many churches (like the ELCA - Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) are lost... Rather than teach the gospel, they have adopted left-wing ideology. They have become like the society they sought to change. There is a resurgence Gospel based Christianity occurring.

It is an inherently strong religion. If it ever becomes dominant I’ll convert. It’s more inspiring than the western call to act. Feminists don’t understand the ideology but when faced with intersectionality and Islam. I’ll pick Islam.

The Catholic Church has done a great job promoting itself the way it has handled the abuses by their priests. I am sure that has helped bringing people to the church.
