No, actually she thanked the Young Turks for helping her win. She was supposedly recruited to run by an organization financed by Soros. So the conservatives did not help her win. Her win is as calculated as Obama's was when he presented to the American public.

Not at all, conservatives had less of an idea who she was then most of the mainstream media. And yes she was heavily covered by tyt and is a member of Justice Democrats. I would guarantee you can't find a single meme of her prior to the primary election.
