More accurately, Bolsonaro toook cues from the lastxouple of years here in US and said, "not in my country". I think the world will be a better place if more Trump/Bolsonaros were elected. Leftist Lunacy had to cpme to an end somehow. I like it not being MadMax-like

1000% correct. Calling Bolsonaro "The Trump of South America" is diminishing him. It's almost an insult. He's got the instincts and guts that Trump masquerades as having, but doesn't.

Nothing in the constitution would've stopped Trump from firing Comey, McCabe and top 3 tiers at DOJ/FBI on day one. Constitution didn't force Trump to hire Rosenstein, Wray and all the other Never Trumpers and swamp dwellers.

We have to have in mind that a large part of bureaucracy in Brazil ia appointed, generally on a partisan basis. Therefore, it's usual to fire large ammounts of appointed civil servants and appointed new ones. Bolsonaro does not make any novelty in this matter.
