It's an interesting topic. Can I stipulate I don't want a smoker as a roomie? OK. Or I don't want a different gender than me? OK. How about the recent case of a roomie asked to leave since she had a legal gun in her room? Or one denied a spot since she works at FOX. Gets tricky.
