2+2=4. Fact. Regardless of how that makes you feel. Fiction (books, tv, music, movies etc.) invoking emotion is a completely different thing. I don't know why you think they're related.

That... makes no sense. Error 404: Logic not found.

The left pushed through the 2018 midterms on feelings alone. Don't underestimate there power to make facts irrelevant.

I don't. I never did, but that's why I've been fighting with facts and, when applicable, using their own logic against them. Also, winning the House isn't that big of a deal. In terms of priorities for the voters, the House is an afterthought in federal elections.

The phrase empowers a basic statement: college isn’t about hiding from scary facts or silencing opposite opinions, and no matter what one does, life isn’t going to reshape reality around delicate feelings.

Compounding the issue is that people, for the most part, don't care about facts anymore. They care about staying in their echo-chambers and only paying attention to info that reinforces their chosen narratives. Some people literally filter out good information in favor of bad.

Facts don't have feelings: Some people that use facts to support their ideas sometimes don't care about some people's feelings.

Fiction is the moulding of the author's real experience or that of other authors into a constructed world. If something really happens, it is real. There is a different sort of real when many events are manipulated into a story, holding archetypes and indirect lenses into truths.
