The CDA s230 language has been restated in USMXCA, but with no neutrality clause. Legally required platform neutrality seems unlikely in the future.

Section 230 immunity is a great test case for libertarian reasoning. Companies should do whatever they want - fine. Yet it was gov intervention, not libertarianism, that allowed the companies to do whatever they want in the 1st place. But what wld the situation be like w/o s 230?
