Won't be for a while. I think deplatforming is still effective. Not just deplatforming off of communication tools but other platforms, like payment processing, servers, etc.

The Protestant Reformation started about 70 years after Gutenberg's press. 1500 years of domination by the Catholic Church was broken by freedom of speech. It's dangerous and must be stopped.

Some have credited the VCR for the downfall of the USSR. When VCR tapes of 'Dallas', the TV show, were passed around, young Soviets said to themselves "I want what they have in America" & in 1991, the USSR collapsed. I think the same thing is going on today with Twitter.
