There’s a level of talent some have, and if you’re good enough to recognize it, you see it can’t be learned. Jon Jones has it. AOC has it. Most have never strived or worked hard enough to SEE the difference between good, great, and another level.

Charisma, bigotry, racism & hate, are all emotional based. It's not logical, albeit effective when pulling on heart strings. Democrats tend to be emotional & use emotion, while Republicans are more logical.

AOC is not charismatic. She’s just a young and fresh personality...a contrast to the “usual” older white male we have in Congress. A truly charismatic personality is intelligent, convincing, and personable in their speech. AOC is anything but that.

Well, charisma with intelligence seems it should be the prerequisite. A clueless woman who acts a like a child is really not the best run. Sort of like Clinton , who does have charisma and intelligence but, unfortunately, they failed to recognize his sexual exploits.
