Actually, the individual who did the babysitting dealt with it properly. She told them it would go to small claims court and the husband used reason knowing that they would lose. It was much easier to pay and tell him that his wife was wrong than anyting

I watched my son's friend for a day (free), taking them to the movies while the Dad was at work. Run into kid's Mom, we have lunch, then I take kids back to my place. Dad calls cops on me for having lunch with Mom (?? joint custody) but wants me to sit again the next day. Umm No.

The babysitter should sue this lady in small claims court, just to teach her a lesson
