That's pretty common for people with mental health problems. Talk to a trusted friend. Have them go with you to talk with your doctor. Once you get the ball rolling, it's not so bad.

As someone with mental health issues I will tell you this is dangerous and stupid. If you wont see a therapist or doctor to manage your symptoms a court should force you to. I by no means think you should be forced to take meds just be responsible.
