im not a boomer..no doubt interesting convo..But I was middle and I knew people that grew up poor. I cant ever remember them complaining about access to water or food though.

Because we were ashamed and knew that middle/upper class folks would beat us down ruthlessly (physically and emotionally) if we were to disclose something like that to someone that didn't understand....

Their temperament is a huge problem. And it is rooted in deluded cynicism, not the facts and data. They've less access to the data pool than we, so they're still much lacking perspective. I always found it funny how the GoP overlooks the love of Christ... They do not serve him.
