Mass communication and social media are distorting peoples' expectations of reality?
Society writ large is approaching a more natural state. (Aristocracy is the natural state of man.) Bimodal distribution of income, sex, the men at the top are getting most of it all. The aristocracy as we knew it, even though having access to all the best females, generally were building and upholding societies where most men would procreate. In the old days, where hierarchy was 100% natural, vast majority of men would die without a single offspring.
