2/2 with all the hormones a living body produces when it’s scared and angry and in pain? I do. It cannot be good for us physically or mentally or spiritually to consume so much.....badness.

There's a growing acknowledgement that animals are not pure objects and deserve better treatment. If the local law doesn't take the welfare of the animals into account at all, the law is unjust. That does not justify all measures taken by a rabid PETA member.
