Wow Mike I went through this very thing. I did moisture withdrawal, couldn’t smile for, like, a year because my lips would crack open 
showers were really painful, I itched 24/7.. It was crazy!

I feel for you man. I suffered from chronic hives for years. I had to take prednisone which was not something I wanted to take on a daily basis. It was awful. Glad you are doing better!

I have psoriasis and it was all corticosteroid. I realize different conditions, but I have no alternatives now and just live with it. Any suggestions.

I only have some light eczema on my face. I do use some.. Pimecrolimus? For it. I remember the doc mentioning something about steroids. Is my face going to explode?
I am struggling with this issue now ever since I quit my corticosteroid cream cold turkey. I’m reading The Eczema Diet now and trying to develop a diet that won’t inflame my skin. Shit is tough. Yours looked much worse than mine, thanks for sharing your story

Never knew about that. Glad I’ve never tried topical steroids. I have eczema but I use Shea butter and coconut oil to alleviate any spots. Since you posted this, I won’t be using steroids.
I have sporadic eczema. Only thing that works is hydrocortisone cream. Good to know.
It's what I have started using but I remembered hearing warnings of staying on it too long and am nervous.
My eczema has been dormant for years. If I come in contact with bleach I can feel it start to itch.
So how do you deal with your Eczema now? I remember a old scope you had on this but at the time my face was pretty stable.
Horrible. Empathy here. Fellow chronic life long eczema sufferer. As you know TCS is a band-aid and are not the answer. Eucrisa is a cream based on the boron molecule. I worked on the clinical trials. Truly amazing relsults & relief.
