  I have ONE suggestion for you from one skin sufferer to another: LED light therapy. It's non-evasive & helps w. ALL kinds skin of conditions & helps in re-ernergising your cellular structure. Gratitude journaling = a VERY good idea but you also need (literally!) hands-on healing!
