I’m a nurse. I can’t officially advocate it’s use but every one I know that uses it states it helps them. From chronic pain relief to lowering A1c in diabetics!

Me either but that is what 2 people have told me. It also is a great helper of anxiety too. So they all have said. Don’t know if that’s because less pain means less anxiety or because it helps anxiety separately.

Interesting...I have type II diabetes and I love soda pop. My Dr. always keeps my A1c monitored. He suggested that I give them up. I do feel better having done without them for two days.

Honey... if you’re a diabetic, sugar is your enemy. I know I don’t need to preach that. I gave up soda years ago. It’s like one morning I woke up and it tasted like gross crap... and diet soda tastes like a glass of chemicals. If you can give soda up... you’ll do great!

Thank you. It is challenging to change my diet, but I know it pays off in the long run. I don't like diet soda either.
