        I went there a few weeks back to a Hotel on Mason st. The surrounding blocks looked exactly like that. Ppl smoking crack out in the open. In the morning workers in HazMat suits spray down urine and human waste from the sidewalks. The mist gets all over your car. #DemocratRunCity
